The TLN is a roller telescopic rail with radial ball bearings hardened with Rollon-Nox treatment. It features excellent smooth and play-free running performance, along with high load capacities and low deflection thanks to the rigid intermediate element. Main advantages:• Designed for automated applications (variable strokes, etc.).• Very low opening / closing force and excellent quality of movement, even under load, thanks to its minimal deflection.• Excellent reliability in dirty environments thanks to large rolling elements and sliders with wipers.• High corrosion resistance and durability thanks to the Rollon-Nox hardening treatment of deep nitriding and oxidation.• Wide operating temperature range from -20°C to +80°C.
